01.07.2008 LAUNCH OF NEGOTIATIONS
Jean-Louis BORLOO and Dominique BUSSEREAU have decided to launch negotiations with the group led by Vinci, as part of the procedure to designate a concessionnaire for the Charles-de-Gaulle Express project.

Investors Schedule

• 5th January 2006: Law 2006-10 on the safety and development of transport assigns to the State the steering of the project and sets the legal framework for public-private partnerships
• 28th July 2006: the notice for prequalification is sent for publication
• 30th October 2006: filing of applications
• Autumn 2006: publication of the general implementation rules and regulations of article 22 of the law of the 5th of January 2006
• 29th January 2007: 5 groups have been authorised to tender for the concession in this project
• March 2007:
  - The so-called "CDG Express Decree" placing article 22-V of the Law of 5th January 2006 on transport security and development on the statute books.
  - Start of the tendering stage which will begin with discussions with shortlisted applicants.
• 2008: award of concession contract
